Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of indianapolisdockdoorrepair.com and the commercial services performed by Indianapolis Dock Door Repair ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or engaging us for service, you agree to these terms.

Commercial service only

We provide commercial and industrial loading dock and overhead door repair services exclusively. We do not perform residential garage door work. Service requests for residential equipment will be declined.

Quotes and invoices

Written quotes are valid for thirty days unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due Net 15 from the date of completed service unless a written contract specifies otherwise. Past-due invoices accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge. Disputed line items must be raised in writing within fifteen days of invoice date.

Workmanship warranty

All labor performed by our technicians is warranted for ninety days from the date of service against defects in workmanship. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass through. The warranty is void if the equipment is modified, serviced by a third party, or operated outside its manufacturer-rated cycle and load limits.

Site access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, lockout/tagout authority where required, and an escort or point of contact for the duration of on-site work. We reserve the right to suspend work if site conditions present an unacceptable risk to our technicians.

Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or chargebacks from your customers, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Website content

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or warranty. Pricing, response times, and equipment lists may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
