Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of indianapolisdockdoorrepair.com and any call, form submission, email, text message, service request, or other communication submitted through Indianapolis Dock Door Repair.

By using this website, calling us, submitting a form, or requesting commercial dock or door service information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or submit a service request.

1. What Indianapolis Dock Door Repair Is

Indianapolis Dock Door Repair is a commercial dock and door service request website for Indianapolis and Central Indiana facilities.

We help collect and route commercial service requests involving loading docks, dock levelers, warehouse doors, commercial overhead doors, industrial roll-up doors, high-speed doors, trailer restraints, dock seals, dock shelters, and related commercial dock and door equipment.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Indianapolis Dock Door Repair does not directly perform repair work, installation work, inspection work, preventive maintenance, emergency dispatch, or on-site service.

Repair work, service work, quotes, scheduling, dispatch, invoices, warranties, insurance documentation, licensing, safety procedures, and workmanship are handled by the local commercial service provider that accepts and performs the job.

2. Commercial Service Requests Only

This website is for commercial and industrial dock and door service requests only.

You may use this website to request help with commercial or industrial equipment such as:

  • High-speed doors
  • Trailer restraints

Residential, boat-dock, parts-only, spam, or unrelated requests may be declined, not accepted, blocked, or closed without response if clearly outside scope.

3. Service Providers Are Independent Businesses

If your request appears to fit the service area, equipment type, and commercial-only purpose of this website, we may share your request with a local commercial dock and door service provider.

Any provider that contacts you or performs work is an independent business. Independent providers are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Indianapolis Dock Door Repair unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Each provider is responsible for its own:

  • Quotes
  • Rates
  • Trip charges
  • Dispatch decisions
  • Scheduling
  • Service work
  • Parts
  • Labor
  • Workmanship
  • Invoices
  • Payment terms
  • Warranties
  • Insurance
  • Licensing or municipal requirements
  • Safety procedures
  • Lockout/tagout procedures
  • Service reports
  • Documentation
  • Customer communications
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Before scheduling service, you should confirm the provider's identity, business name, service area, availability, estimated response window, rate structure, insurance documentation, licensing or municipal requirements, and any facility-specific requirements.

4. No Guaranteed Provider Availability

Submitting a form, calling the phone number on this website, sending an email, or otherwise contacting Indianapolis Dock Door Repair does not guarantee that a provider is available, qualified, willing, or able to perform service.

Provider availability may depend on:

  • Your facility location
  • Equipment type
  • Equipment condition
  • Urgency level
  • Time of day
  • Provider capacity
  • Parts availability
  • Site access
  • Safety conditions
  • Insurance or documentation requirements
  • Vendor onboarding requirements
  • Purchase order requirements
  • Whether the request is commercial-only
  • Whether the provider accepts the request

We may decline to route a request if it appears outside the commercial scope of this website, outside a provider's service area, outside provider capability, unsafe, incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, duplicative, or otherwise unsuitable.

5. Emergency Requests

This website may allow users to submit urgent or emergency commercial dock and door requests. However, Indianapolis Dock Door Repair does not guarantee immediate response, same-day response, after-hours response, emergency dispatch, or any specific arrival time.

Any estimated response time, arrival window, or availability must be confirmed directly before service is scheduled.

If a dock, door, leveler, restraint, or other equipment issue creates an immediate risk of injury, fire, electrical hazard, structural hazard, security breach, or other emergency, stop using the equipment, secure the area if safe to do so, follow your facility's safety procedures, and contact appropriate emergency services, safety personnel, or qualified professionals.

Do not use this website as a substitute for emergency services, facility safety procedures, lockout/tagout procedures, or professional safety judgment.

6. Information You Submit

When you submit a service request, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You are responsible for providing enough information to evaluate the request, which may include:

  • Facility name
  • Facility address
  • Contact person
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Equipment type
  • Equipment brand or model, if known
  • Description of the issue
  • Urgency level
  • Photos or files, if submitted
  • Site access requirements
  • Documentation requirements
  • Safety requirements
  • Vendor onboarding requirements
  • Purchase order requirements

You should not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for a commercial dock or door service request, including Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, medical information, employee records, confidential facility documents, or proprietary information unrelated to the service request.

If you submit photos, you are responsible for ensuring that the photos do not include unnecessary confidential information, personal information, restricted areas, protected documents, payment information, or other sensitive material.

7. Consent to Contact

By calling us, submitting a form, sending an email, or otherwise providing your contact information, you authorize Indianapolis Dock Door Repair and, when appropriate, a local commercial service provider to contact you about your service request.

You may be contacted by phone, email, text message, voicemail, or other reasonable method related to your request.

You agree that these communications may occur using the phone number or email address you provided. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Submitting a service request does not authorize unrelated marketing calls or unrelated third-party marketing. Communications should be related to your commercial dock, door, equipment, or facility service request.

8. Call Recording and Tracking

Calls to numbers displayed on this website may be tracked, recorded, transcribed, monitored, tagged, or analyzed for service-request handling, quality control, attribution, training, fraud prevention, and business operations.

If call recording or transcription is enabled, a notice may be provided at the beginning of the call. By continuing with the call after notice is given, you consent to the recording and/or transcription where permitted by law.

Call tracking may collect information such as the calling phone number, call date and time, call duration, referring page, campaign source, keyword, call recording, call transcript, and lead-status information.

For more information about how we collect and use information, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Lead Routing and Compensation

Indianapolis Dock Door Repair may be compensated by service providers, marketing partners, or other business partners for operating this website, marketing services, call tracking, lead routing, or access to qualified commercial service requests.

Compensation may be based on a flat fee, monthly fee, per-lead fee, marketing arrangement, referral arrangement, advertising arrangement, or other business arrangement.

Any such compensation does not make Indianapolis Dock Door Repair responsible for the provider's service work, quotes, invoices, workmanship, warranties, insurance, licensing, scheduling, dispatch, or business practices.

You are responsible for deciding whether to hire any provider that contacts you or accepts your request.

10. Quotes, Rates, Invoices, and Payment

Indianapolis Dock Door Repair does not set provider rates unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Any quote, estimate, diagnostic fee, trip charge, emergency rate, after-hours rate, labor rate, parts charge, invoice, payment term, warranty term, or service authorization is between you and the servicing provider.

Before authorizing work, you should confirm:

  • Provider business name
  • Scope of work
  • Diagnostic fee or trip charge
  • Labor rate
  • Parts pricing
  • Emergency or after-hours rate
  • Payment terms
  • Warranty terms
  • Whether a purchase order is required
  • Whether vendor onboarding is required
  • Whether insurance documentation is required
  • Any other facility-specific requirement

Indianapolis Dock Door Repair is not responsible for billing disputes, payment disputes, chargebacks, collections, warranty disputes, lien claims, invoice timing, service reports, or payment terms between you and a provider.

11. No Workmanship Warranty by Indianapolis Dock Door Repair

Indianapolis Dock Door Repair does not provide a workmanship warranty for service work performed by an independent provider.

Any labor warranty, parts warranty, manufacturer warranty, service warranty, satisfaction guarantee, callback policy, or maintenance agreement is provided, if at all, by the servicing provider.

You should request warranty terms from the provider before authorizing work.

Indianapolis Dock Door Repair does not guarantee that any provider will repair equipment, complete work on a first visit, have parts available, meet a particular response time, provide a particular warranty, or achieve a particular operational result.

12. Facility Access and Safety

If a provider accepts your request, you are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the facility and work area.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a site contact or escort when required
  • Communicating site access rules
  • Communicating safety rules
  • Communicating lockout/tagout requirements
  • Communicating confined space, lift, electrical, fire-door, cold-storage, or other special requirements
  • Identifying hazards
  • Securing the work area when necessary
  • Keeping employees, customers, tenants, contractors, and visitors away from unsafe equipment
  • Complying with your facility's safety procedures
  • Obtaining internal approvals, purchase orders, or vendor onboarding before work begins

A provider may refuse, delay, or stop work if conditions appear unsafe, access is not available, documentation is incomplete, payment authorization is missing, or the provider determines that the request is outside its capability.

Indianapolis Dock Door Repair is not responsible for site conditions, unsafe equipment, facility procedures, provider safety decisions, or damages arising from equipment use before, during, or after provider service.
